Silver Service Staffing supplies trained wait and bar teams for weddings, corporate events, and venue partners across Cape Town and the Winelands — with a system behind every booking, not just a roster.
The story
Built by someone who’s worked the floor
Silver Service was founded by Jarryd le Roux after years on event floors — watching venues and planners stuck with unreliable casuals, no clear lead, and no way to hold anyone to a standard when things go wrong.
The answer wasn’t “more staff.” It was a tighter operation: people who are vetted and tier-graded, a signed Code of Conduct before every shift, a floor supervisor on larger or complex bookings, and ratings after the event so strong performers return.
Today we staff 1,500+ events with 30+ business and venue partners — still owner-led, still Cape Town and Winelands first.

Standards before the shift
Presentation, conduct, and service expectations are written and signed. Guests never meet “whoever was free tonight.”
